Test item state and monitoring:
You can use various methods to test host availability in CyD Careful Observer (Network Monitor). All these methods are described on this page.
One time check
To test the selected computer or server select the Check selected item state from the Item menu or press the 
button on the toolbar.
To test all computers and/or servers in your project select the Check all item's state from the Item menu or press the 
button on the toolbar.
Automatic monitoring
Project items will not tested automatically while you start monitoring.
To start monitoring for the opened project select the Start monitor from the Project menu or press the 
button on the toolbar. After that all items will be tested automatically in specified in the item's properties interval.
To stop monitoring for the opened project select the Stop monitor from the Project menu or press the 
button on the toolbar.
